the idea of eating green tomatoes always seemed a little grose to me but this looks delicious!! are the tomatoes unripe (ie green) or is it variety of tomatoes that have a green colour but are actually ripe? i don’t know my tomatoes.
Oh Linz, they are beautiful. I will have to look in my Pioneer Woman’s Cookbook to confirm, but I think they are unrippened tomatoes.
